The Day I Found Sable

I found Sable outside of my work, meowing and he barely moved. He was so small, I think he was 10 days old. His mommy was ran over that same morning I found him. I think he was the only kitten that survived because I didn't see any more. He came at a perfect time because Owen wanted to go to the pound and adopt a cat, but I was kind of skittish because you just don't know how those cats are. When I told Owen that I found this little kitty, he was excited. And when he got home the first thing he asked was where was the kitty, he didn't even say hi to me

As you can see he was only 6 inches. He used to fit at the palm of my hand.

.
We had to bottle feed him because he couldn't eat solid food by himself. He had to be fed every 3 to 4 hours. Owen was the one who woke to feed Sable at night

The Smith Family
Corona, CA, United States
We have been married since August 11, 2007. Have had some bumps on the road, but we are moving forward and learning more everyday about marriage. I work for Southern California Gas Company as a part timer customer service rep since January 2011. It's a great job, hoping to move up in the company but not right now. My daughter needs me at home more than she needs me at work, and my job permits me to be home a lot especially during the summer. Hoping that one day I will be able to be a stay at home again and if not at least have a job where I can work from home. Owen has his own tax preparer business. We are hoping that it turns out to be big and he will be busy the whole tax season. Owen works as an accountant. We have one daughter. Her name is Savannah Valeria and we are so proud to be her parents. We are hoping to have 2 more kids in the near future. And if time permits, I wouldn't mind having 2 more after that. I love my life, I have an amazing husband, whose is patient and understanding and a beautiful little girl. We have three dogs, who are awesome with kids. I have been so blessed and I don't take that for granted.
